- The issue is not addressed in the documentation.

- Disable any third-party plugins, as many issues stem from plugin conflicts.
- Backup your website before making any modifications.
Support services include:

- Fixing reported bugs or issues.

Support does not cover:
- Server configuration and complex server-side issues.
- Page speed optimization.
- Customization and installation services.
- General WordPress support and how-to inquiries. For these, refer to the wordpress.org forums or online tutorials.
- Support for third-party software and plugins, or any issues unrelated to our product.
When posting an issue:
- Provide as much detailed information as possible.
- Include your site URL or relevant images to help us identify the problem. Additional information may be requested by our support member. Providing complete details upfront will expedite the solution.
- Mention and describe any modifications made to the theme code.
We respond to all messages in the order received, from oldest to newest, striving to offer the best possible solutions.
